Emerson Seattle is proud to offer a select number of income-qualified apartment homes, including units through the MFTE program and other affordable housing options, to make high-quality city living more attainable. These homes allow households that meet income requirements to enjoy thoughtfully designed apartments at rents capped for the length of the lease.
How it works:
- Income-qualified apartments are available through multiple programs, including MFTE.
- To apply, complete Thrive’s standard application and screening process. The leasing team will then verify your household income against program requirements.
- Approved households will enjoy a rent capped at a maximum amount, providing predictable, affordable housing in Seattle’s vibrant urban core.
